Our Story
We're a two-man team that started with a camera, a dream, and a whole lot of faith.
Reference Point Media is based in New Bedford, MA and built from the ground up by two friends who met at church, launched a podcast, and ended up knocking on doors with no real plan, just a heart to create. After what felt like a thousand “no’s,” we got one “yes.” That first client is still with us to this day.
What started as content creation has grown into a full-service creative and marketing agency serving businesses across New England. We're rooted in our community and passionate about helping local businesses look as good as they are.
The Founders
Benjamin DosSantos
Co-Founder
Benjamin comes from a software engineering background but always had a passion for creative work. He left his day job and followed the calling, and now he helps lead creative direction, client strategy, and the visual side of everything we put out.
Eric Carreiro
Co-Founder
Eric started in audio engineering and still mixes music to this day, but shifted gears to help build Reference Point Media full time. He helps lead client relationships, project management, and creative strategy, making sure every project hits the mark.

We believe great content comes from real stories, and we love helping people tell theirs. We've been blessed to work with restaurants, contractors, auto shops, and business owners across New England, and we treat every project like it matters, because it does.
